At LG Parts, we want to ensure your home appliance repairs are successful by offering a straightforward 30-day return policy for all genuine replacement components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and uninstalled parts in their original packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Compatibility
Before initiating a return, please confirm that the part was not installed or modified, as we can only accept items in their original, resalable condition.
- 2.Request an RMA
Contact our customer support team with your order number and part details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
- 3.Package Securely
Place the item back in its original LG manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with the RMA number clearly marked on the exterior.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned part, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, excluding shipping costs.
